Our Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer $25 flat rate shipping around the world.
For Canada and U.S. please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery
For International shipments please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery
We do offer $50 expedited shipping around the world.
For Canada and U.S. please allow 1-3 business days for delivery
For International shipments please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
If you purchased expedited shipping you will receive an email with a tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you haven’t received your order within 12 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at clothing@phantomtradingfx.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns and Refunds
Items returned must be in original condition, with all tags intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied on the original credit card used to purchase your item. Please allow up to 14 days to process your refund once the item is received.
To return an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at clothing@phantomtradingfx.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
